2 Super Effective Energy Sources That Will Make You Successful

Feeling down? Wishing you had the enthusiasm and excitement successful people have? Easy things absorb your energy? Well! That is the condition of over 70% of people.

The question that pops is “where do successful people get their energy from?”. Now is the time to learn these secret sources that you may know but never centralized your life around.

The holy WHY

This is where you feel charged and energized. This is the meaning of your life where many people fail to see. Your why will make you leave your bed quickly in the morning. Your Why will make you give 100% of your focus and attention to the process. Finding the Why can be tricky.

Would you like to try? Ok! What makes you happy? Is it money? is helping others? Is it succeeding projects? Is it being creative? Your answer belongs to you. But, let me use myself as an example. I searched a lot about what makes me happy and found that reading books made me happier than anything else until I read The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. I discovered that reading was never my reason for becoming happy. It was sharing the information that I used to read and making people dazzled by what they can do if they use what I talk to them about. So, I realized the end picture, based on the book, which is spreading knowledge so people can become better. In the end, what I thought was my Why turned out to be my how. I was happy because I was reading and sharing the benefit.

You need to dig deep to know exactly what the life purpose that you choose for yourself is. What you need to understand is that it is not the activity or the hobby (passion) that makes you happy, but what you do with it.

The Real Change

The most important source of energy after learning about your purpose is Programming your life with the right habits.

Yes, habits and habits again. When you are accustomed to smoking, you are the prisoner of that habit. The same way is when you are used to going to the gym so when you miss a day, you feel like someone who lost a lot of money.

Your real change is the change of habits that give that energy particularly if the habits you pick are related to your Why.

How are they formed?

Repetition is the key. Habits are conscious actions first when you repeat them they become unconsciously wired in your brain and therefore part of your lifestyle.

Remember, you need to pick one habit at a time and once it is part of you, you will learn a new habit and apply it if it rhymes with your purpose.

In the end, you need to remember the words of Brian Tracy “Bad habits are easy to form, but hard to live with. Good habits are hard to form but easy to live with.”
